Though not involved in day-to-day operations, I play a crucial part in overseeing the company's performance, promoting ethical practices, and safeguarding shareholder value. My commitment is to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and sustainable growth, helping the organization navigate complex business landscapes and seize opportunities for success.
My expertise in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) enables the companies to integrate social and environmental concerns into their operations and interactions with stakeholders.
Inducted as a Fellow of Institute of Directors (F.IOD) and Fellow of Board Stewardship, I
hold multiple certifications from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) in Certified Independent Director, Startup Director, Effective Risk Governance & Boards, and Business & Financial Laws. Additionally certified in Independent Director, ESG, BRSR, Digital Directorship, and International Corporate Directorship from Directors’ Institute (DI).
