Sriharsha Narasimhan is an Independent Director, strategic advisor and former Chief Technology Officer whose career spans engineering, enterprise technology leadership, entrepreneurship and corporate boardrooms. He works with listed companies as an Independent Director safeguarding shareholder value and with founders and business leaders as a strategic advisor helping them scale past their operating ceiling.

Sriharsha's career began as a software engineer, writing firmware and packet-switching software, including an early project showcased internationally at The Workshop of Telematics in Trieste, Italy. From there, his path ran through embedded systems, network management software and enterprise application architecture, before two decades in senior technology leadership at HP, HPE and Aruba, culminating in the role of Chief Technology Officer.

Along the way, he was part of software engineering teams in India and USA - laying foundations for process centric SW development, established offshore development centres, he built and led R&D organizations from the ground up, including guiding a team of over 120 engineers through a major post-merger integration.

He helped shape go-to-market and ISV alliance programs across eight countries. He transitioned to a sales/advisory role where he worked with his team and ecosystem partners to unlock distinctive value and create lasting impact for clients, building his value selling expertise. He later co-founded a technology automation startup, taking the company from incorporation to a functioning delivery team built from zero. 

He has built systems, sold them, scaled teams behind them & now govern them.

That range, engineer to architect to CTO to founder to board director, is not incidental. It's the foundation of how he works today: with a first-hand understanding of what it actually takes to build, scale, secure and govern an organization, rather than a view assembled from frameworks alone.  

Sriharsha currently serves as Independent Director and Stakeholder Relationship Committee Chairperson at Infinity Infoway Limited, engaging across Audit, Nomination & Remuneration and Technology Strategy committees. He advises enterprises on Global Capability Centre strategy, contributes to industry-level advisory work strengthening Greater Bengaluru's technology ecosystem and works directly with founders and SME leaders on go-to-market strategy, operating model maturity and growth readiness.

His board and advisory work is backed by an active, ongoing program of governance education, including a Lifetime Fellowship with the Institute of Directors, formal qualification as a Certified International Corporate Director and certifications spanning ESG, sustainability reporting, risk governance, data protection and corporate financial law.
