Sriharsha has nearly four decades of global experience. Sriharsha brings valuable expertise in driving organizational growth, leading digital transformation, sales and advisory, managing cybersecurity and risk compliance, and fostering innovation. Sriharsha is a former CTO of Aruba Networks and Mission Critical Solutions, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, bringing over 20 years of experience in Product R&D, followed by more than 18 years in leading product sales and advisory engagements.

Sriharsha has spearheaded global and cross-functional initiatives for growth, innovation, and ecosystem partnerships. Sriharsha has championed business turnarounds through value-based selling, highlighting technology's unique client value to boost revenue generation.

Sriharsha has deep domain knowledge in digital enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity, which has enabled Sriharsha, as CTO, to advise CxOs and leadership teams on solutions ranging from cybersecurity and mission-critical infrastructure for Digital Payments, Core Banking, ERP, and Data Driven Decision making. Sriharsha has successfully led critical infrastructure projects for banks and financial institutions, drawing on a strong understanding of business, applications, and regulatory requirements. In addition, Sriharsha has managed customer crisis operations for more than 20 years, facilitating rapid root-cause identification and ensuring efficient coordination of release fixes for clients.

Sriharsha serves as Advisory – GCC Technology Strategy at the Greater Bengaluru IT Companies & Industries Association (GBITCIA), where Sriharsha works to empower Greater Bengaluru's rapidly expanding GCC ecosystem. This role focuses on fostering innovation, resilience, regulatory compliance, and ESG-driven sustainable growth amid ongoing geopolitical, technological, and climate disruptions.
 

Sriharsha's areas of software advisory expertise span:

• Low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow, WEM, Kiss Flow, and RPA tools like AkaBot and ServiceNow RPA for driving business automation
• Design and architecture of solutions on full-stack, fault-tolerant platforms such as HPE NonStop
• Design and architecture of solutions on mission-critical platforms such as HP-UX, OpenVMS, and scale-up x86 hosting Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat/SUSE Linux
• Leading complex R&D projects for HP-UX and NonStop Operating Systems, including migration to Intel Itanium processor-based architecture
• Leading Network Management platform R&D at Bay Networks for the Optivity and EZ-LAN product lines
• Design and development of Engineering Information Management Systems tailored for the process industry, with a primary focus on petroleum refineries
