He brings valuable expertise in driving organizational growth, leading digital transformation, managing cybersecurity and risk compliance, and fostering innovation. He is former CTO of Aruba Networks and Mission Critical Solutions, Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He brings over 20 years of experience in Product R&D, followed by more than 18 years in leading product sales and advisory engagements.
Sriharsha has deep domain knowledge in digital enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity that has allowed him, as CTO, to advise CxOs and leadership teams on solutions ranging from cybersecurity and mission critical infrastructure for Digital Payments, Core Banking, ERP, and Data Analytics. He has successfully led critical infrastructure projects for banks and financial institutions, using his understanding of business, applications, and regulatory requirements.
Sriharsha's areas of software advisory expertise spans from low-code/nocode platforms like ServiceNow, WEM, Kiss Flow, RPA tools like AkaBot and ServiceNow RPA, to full-stack fault tolerant platform like HPE NonStop to design & development of embedded hardware & software. He has experience with driving complex projects for HP-UX and NonStop Operating Systems, including migration to Intel Itanium processor based architecture. He has worked on Network Management Systems, like Bay Networks Optivity & EZ-LAN, in R&D capacity.
